Bluetooth.

My father bought a little USB Bluetooth plug so he could get flood pictures off my cellphone. He messed around ineffectually with programs and subjected me to no end of blather about the superiority of Windows over Linux - I don't think this is gonna work on Linux because here's the CD-rom and it doesn't say Linux anywhere I mean Windows is just so much more convenient. It took him two hours and ten minutes to set up several programs, I timed it. And even then, he only managed because I was using the phone to send those pictures and told him exactly what to do. Hit the icon. Hit okay. Hit the icon. Hit okay again. Hit the icon...

I wasn't in a good mood, and he was grinning from ear to ear and said he'd like to see how fast Linux handled it, thank you very much. So I took him up on the offer and put his little stick into my Ubuntu 8.04 box. I'd never used Bluetooth before, and I know nothing about it. My computer just popped up a little configuration icon, I set it to visible and recieve files and started sending the pictures. Time? Twenty seconds.

I think Ubuntu won this one.
